This Cancellation Policy ("Policy") governs the cancellation and pausing of plans purchased from SocialBoat ("we", "us", "our"). By purchasing our plans, you agree to the terms of this Policy.

No Refunds

All plan purchases from SocialBoat are final and non-refundable. Once a payment is made, it cannot be refunded. This applies regardless of whether the plan is cancelled before the end of the plan period. This applies to all types of plans offered by us.

No Transfers

Plans purchased from SocialBoat are strictly non-transferable. This means you cannot transfer or assign your plan, or any part of it, to any other person. Each plan is tied to a single user account and may only be accessed and used by the original account holder.

Plan Pauses

We understand life can be unpredictable. Therefore, if your plan specifically includes the ability to pause, you can do so by reaching out to our customer support. Pausing a plan will suspend the plan for a set period of time, as defined in the plan's terms and conditions. The remaining period of the plan will be available once the pause period ends. Remember, not all plans may have this feature, so please check the specific terms of your plan.

Cancellation Process

You can cancel your plan by contacting our customer support. Upon cancellation, you will not be refunded any portion of your plan payment. However, you will continue to have access to our services for the remaining period that you have paid for.

Changes to this Policy

We reserve the right to change this Policy at any time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you through the app or by email. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Policy.
